N3 MEATH CONSULT
The N3 Meath Consult Joint Venture (N3MC JV), a joint venture between Arup Ireland Ltd, Halcrow Barry Consulting Engineers Ltd and MCOS Consulting Engineers Ltd (now RPS Ltd.) was formed in 2002 to undertake the role of Client Technical Representative for the M3 Clonee North of Kells PPP Scheme. Arup, Halcrow Barry and MCOS had previously undertaken the constraints and route selection stages leading to the preliminary design and successful EIS, CPO and the Oral Hearing for the Scheme. Following the An Bord Pleanála decision, N3MC developed the designs and drafted the technical contract documentation for the National Roads Authority and Meath County Council and are presently providing expert technical advice during the PPP Procurement Process.

Archaeological Consultancy Services Ltd (ACS), established in 1992, is a professional archaeological practice based in Drogheda, County Louth. ACS carried out the archaeological testing of Sections 1 (Clonee-Dunshaughlin), 2 (Dunshaughlin-Navan) and 3 (Navan Bypass) of the proposed M3 route in 2004 and will be carrying out the archaeological resolution for each of these three sections. Irish Archaeological Consultancy Ltd (IAC), established in 1998, is a professional archaeological practice based in Dublin and Waterford. IAC carried out the archaeological testing of Sections 4 (Navan-Kells) and 5 (Kells-North of Kells) of the proposed M3 route in 2004 and will be carrying out the archaeological resolution for each of these two sections.
