Testing
Archaeological testing along the centreline of the proposed M3 route, to the north of the probable medieval moated site at Garretstown 2, identified possible burial and settlement evidence.
Preliminary Excavation Results
A pit and possible hearth of unknown date were indentified along with two modern ditches. Post excavation is now complete.
